How we said, the problem of nowadays architecture is that one, where buildings and landmarks are like jolly's in the image of a city. In earlier äras cities were defined by their special buildings (f.e. notre dame or the eiffel tower for paris, the big ben for london,...). the buildings of our years in contrast are highly exchangeable: the swiss re tower, situated in london could exist estetically also in an other city like many other examples.
the map in this way get a new status, once as an essential orientation-medium and then as a fantastical medium to imagine the own little world in fantasy.
the loss of physical boundaries and distances with their scales opens us a completely new way of life and a new way to live.
then, in a second step probably more important boundaries and limitations are coming up....
